I don't usually spend time rating chain hotels. But I have to say this one has had the best continental breakfast that I've seen in a hotel in years
This is a good hotel to stay at. The breakfast is pretty good, it’s clean, the facilities are all well cared for, and the staff is so amazing! Regarding the lobby bathroom, the construction workers were meticulous about the wall tile, so the grout lines up perfectly in the corners. Location-wise, you can stay here without a car and walk to some fast food, sit-down restaurants, a corner store, and a mall.
From the moment we walked through the door, this hotel exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were super pleasant, going so far as to let my mom get ice from the staff only breakfast prep area! The pool and hot tub were perfect, very relaxing! The room was comfortable, and surprisingly quiet! The star of the show, though, was the breakfast!!! Full buffet of hot options, sausage, pancakes, omelettes even! My family and I were blown away by how great the breakfast was, and we will for sure stay here again next time in Hutch!!
This hotel is great! We came for the state fair and for the first weekend, finding a room is impossible. Ashley was phenomenal, quick, smooth, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are very well maintained, clean, comfy beds, good pillows, nice tall shower heads, desk, fridge, microwave, keurig, lots of TV channels, pool, hot tub, free hot breakfast, and the WiFi works well! I am very pleased, and will definitely return! Kudos to Ashley, it was swamped with check ins, and she was the only one working handling guests and phone calls and never once did I feel rushed or ignored, she just kept her cool, smiled, and worked through it!
I was greeted by Natalie who was the front desk clerk, she is certainly the person I would have at the front desk for my company. She had a great attitude and personality. Having stated that all things being equal she would make the difference what hotel I would stay at. Other pros would be clean room, good hotel breakfast, especially appreciate the turkey sausage. Cons, no stopper for the tub (wife likes to soak), no dirty clothes bag, alarm clock was not working, next morning saw it wasn’t plugged In. I may be a little more critical then most because of my work background. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.
Stopped by for the night to rest during my road trip and had no problem checking in regardless of time almost striking midnight! The room was clean, bfast was great- omelets, pork sausage, biscuits & gravy, selections of yogurt, cereals, and fruit. I’d recommend to stay here if you’re passing through !
The first room had a broken fridge but they switched us as soon as we reported the fridge. Overall the staff was fantastic and I will definitely stay again. The pool/hot tub was great too!!
This was a great hotel. I stayed here a year ago and I was pleased. The front deck attendant was nice and the room was clean. Nothing to complain about! Thanks!
